Chris, Fit4Adventures’ co-founder, worked at The Altitude Centre as a performance specialist in 2018/19. Now, we are joining efforts and working with the AC to provide their clients with the opportunity to get out into the mountains and encourage our clients to recognise the benefit of altitude training. We will run regular events at the AC to share our love of mountain adventures and create a space where adventurers can get together and plan their next mission.
